At Quality Defender, when conducting a pre-delivery inspection for household appliances or similar industrial appliances, we attached great attention on the safety and performing conformity of the products for our customers.

EN/IEC 60335-1:2020 is the basic standard we refer to during the on-site pre-delivery inspection for the appliances. This standard deals with the safety of electrical appliances with rated voltage not more than 250 V for single phase appliances and 480C for other appliances including DC supplied appliances and battery-operated appliances.

The term “appliances” generally refers to the following items: ovens and ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, garbage disposals, microwaves, washers / dryers, kettles, coffee makers, toasters and heaters etc... Our factory on-site electrical safety tests are carried out to test the conformity of the insulation resistance, ground leakage current and overheat protection etc...

Besides the electrical safety test to make sure the products won’t present hazard to your customers, we also strictly test the functions of the products to ascertain the products are in good working orders as per the description on the instruction manuals.,
